| Primary, Secondary and Tertiary | Select from the search window the primary position for this person. This field can be used for emailing of targeted mailouts |
| Login Code | Field is populated as first and surname are entered e.g. Ann Green logon code prompts AnnG and adds additional characters where there is already an Ann G in the record e.g. Ann Gable prompts AnnGa. Edit as required |
| Login Password | Type in the login password for web based systems |
